Rogaine for Male Pattern Baldness
Hereditary hair loss is the most common type and is commonly referred to as male pattern baldness. Almost all men will suffer from this as we age. Rogaine is a hair loss product that specifically treats hereditary hair loss. The drug used in Rogaine is called minoxidil. Minoxidil was originally used to treat high blood pressure. Users and doctors of minoxidil noticed the side affect of unwanted hair growth. This lead to the discovery that it could be used to treat male pattern baldness and that is how Rogaine came to be. Rogaine will increase hair growth in men who have noticed hair thinning and loss of hair. It is one a few FDA hair loss treatments and is repeatedly shown in clinical trials and by men all over the world to regrow hair.
